Inquiries can be directed to the Release of Information Office at the hospital/facility you are requesting records from.

Please note that you will receive a response within 30 business days from the date the health care location receives your written request. Depending on the need to consult with others or due to a large volume of records to review, the time may be extended, as permitted under the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 

If there is a delay, the health care location will notify you in writing of the reason for the extension and the new due date.
