The HIM Business Solutions' team develops and supports a wide variety of innovative Data Management and Business Analytics Solutions to support the need of all HIM portfolios across all Health Organizations in the Lower Mainland. The Business Solutions Team is a group of seasoned Computer Science and Business Intelligence (BI) professionals with well over two decades of experience in healthcare. They develop the tools and capabilities needed to enable HIM leaders to make data-informed decisions.
Quality Improvement & Projects supports HIM operational quality objectives and projects, providing HIM Lean and Quality Improvement expertise, mentorship, and training to build problem solving capacity and increase efficiencies for service delivery across HIM.
HIM's communications team is responsible for internal and external communication to key stakeholders.
