• Healthcare facilities, clinics/programs (including Mental Health teams) will continue to be copied if dictated in full (i.e. West End Mental Health vs Mental Health).
• Registered healthcare professionals at schools will continue to receive copies but only if they are clearly identified. Copies will not be sent to a school alone (i.e. Jane Smith SW, Emily Carr School vs. Emily Carr).
